Enterance .
The entrance to Sayuwon was simpler than I thought.
There were only about 20 parking spaces and a small car-only door,
and there were no special decorations or structures in sight.
Even the usual ticket booth had only one person standing in a small wooden box.
After completing the admission procedure,
I received a necklace with a GPS receiver, a map,
and a bottle of mineral water, and entered Sayuwon in earnest.

Miradouro .
When you walk along the road after entering the private garden,
the first thing you see is miradouro.
It is the work of Álvaro Siza and is an observatory
where you can see the scenery around Mt. Palgong at a glance.
If you go up the stairs that bend by 90 degrees without stopping,
you can reach the top floor.
The surrounding area seen from the roof of mirodoro is
absolutely beautiful with the trees covered in trees,
the flowing mountains, and the flowing river.

So Yo Heon .
Soyoheon means 'a house where you can wander freely'.
It is the main building and the largest space of the second private garden that passes through Miradouro.
Surrounded by splendid landscaping, grass and trees,
Soyoheon has no decoration or function inside, unlike the outside.
Inside the long, square cave-shaped exposed concrete structure, there are ornaments that
can be seen from time to time and the windows in the square frame
that are drilled in the crevices are all there.
Upon entering,
even the sound of the strong wind was muted,
and only the sound of my breathing and footsteps could be heard.
In the small room at the end of the hallway,
a large marble sculpture in the shape of an egg made a strong impact,
and on the terrace side connected to the outside,
a rather eerie picture was framed with a small face of Jesus.

PUNG SEOL KI CHEON-YEON .
After Passing SO YO HEON,
I walked through the grass and walked again and again.
Soon a picturesque landscape appeared. PUNG SEOL KI CHOEN-YEON,
which means 'a thousand years in the wind,
snow and rain', is a place where 108 quince trees collected over 30 years have been planted.
It is spectacular to see them stacked on top of each other.
Whenever the wind blows,
the branches of the quince tree flutter in unison and scatter together with the weeds on the floor,
like a scene from a movie. The weather at the time of arrival was also very good,
so this kind of appearance is unfamiliar to me, who has only been living in the city.

Jeong Hyang Dae .
After passing PUNG SEOL KI CHEON-YEON,
I took a long walk while bathing in the forest.
After some time, a wide area with a flat sandy bottom appeared and I looked up and saw Jeong Hyang Dae.
Two clove pines stand tall with their backs against
the mountain range around Mt. Palgong on a wide sandy floor.
I was just mesmerized by the scenery of the grand chungmaru lying straight down and the endless ridge.
I sat idly for more than 10 minutes and looked at the wind,
and I felt that it was a space that suited the sentiment of the name of this space,
' Sayuwon '.

Myung Jeong .
Passing Jeong Hyang Dae,
a road made of concrete came out. As we climbed up the road to the top,
we finally arrived at the most anticipated MYEONG JEONG.
It is the work of architect Seung Hyo-sang,
and it is a building with a shallow well with an open courtyard in a square space,
and there is not even a gentle movement inside.
One piece of pottery placed on the calm water surface is the highlight of this architecture.
On the side,
a space is placed inside the wall to support the four pillars,
and the inside is painted red. When viewed from the front, it looks like four red squares are drawn.
The exposed concrete, which has endured the winds and waves of the years,
and the bright red wall, which has been slightly yellowed,
create a contrasting color. When I turned around the stairs and went up to the roof,
I was impressed by the molding made up between the narrow corridors tangled like a maze.
As I sat on a concrete bench and looked at a piece of pottery floating on the still water,
time seemed to have stopped.

GA GA BIN GIN .
A short walk from Myeongjeong,
there is a book cafe “Gaga Binbin” designed by architect Wook Choi.
The walls on both sides, except for the roof,
are made of glass so that the inside can be seen clearly.
There was a small pond next to the cafe,
and the lotus flowers blooming in it were in harmony with the well, creating a landscape.
I visited the cafe too late, so due to time constraints,
I had to turn around, leaving only regrets.

The photo on the left shows that I suddenly wanted to leave a photo while contemplating at Myeongjeong,
and the photo on the right shows the manager arriving too late to see all of the members and ending the tour,
and being led out of the entrance by the manager. :)
